Ingredients
  • 20 Pieces Chocolate Chips Cookies
  • ¼ Cup Melted butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
The Filling :
  • 800 Grams Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • Cups Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange zest
Cherry Sauce :
  • 2 Cups Cherry
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn starch
  •  ½  Cup Water



Instructions



  1. Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Get 9 inches removable bottom pan and wrap the bottom and the outsides with aluminum foil. Place the pan in a 15-inch pan.
  3. Crush the cookies and mix with the butter. Spread the mixture to cover the bottom completely.
The filling:
  1. in a stand mixer bowl, put the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, eggs and orange zest. Fit the K beater and beat on medium speed for 1 -2 minutes. Pour on the biscuit base.
  2. Place the cheesecake pan in the 15-inch pan. Fill half of the larger pan with water.
  3. Bake cheesecake for 60 minutes.
  4. Let the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan.

Cherry sauce:


  1. in a medium saucepan, put the cherry, sugar, cornstarch and water. Stir the cherries until sugar and cornstarch dissolved. Put the saucepan on medium heat and cook cherries for 10 -12 minutes until tender. Let cool.
  2. Remove the cheesecake from the pan and put on serving plate; spread the cherry sauce on the cheesecake.

  3. Chill Cherry Sauce Cheesecake for many hours or over night
