Ingredients
- 20 Pieces Chocolate Chips Cookies
- ¼ Cup Melted butter
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
The Filling :
- 800 Grams Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sour cream
- 1½ Cups Sugar
- ¼ Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Orange zest
Cherry Sauce :
- 2 Cups Cherry
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Corn starch
- ½ Cup Water
Instructions
- Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Get 9 inches removable bottom pan and wrap the bottom and the outsides with aluminum foil. Place the pan in a 15-inch pan.
- Crush the cookies and mix with the butter. Spread the mixture to cover the bottom completely.
The filling:
- in a stand mixer bowl, put the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, eggs and orange zest. Fit the K beater and beat on medium speed for 1 -2 minutes. Pour on the biscuit base.
- Place the cheesecake pan in the 15-inch pan. Fill half of the larger pan with water.
- Bake cheesecake for 60 minutes.
- Let the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan.
Cherry sauce:
- in a medium saucepan, put the cherry, sugar, cornstarch and water. Stir the cherries until sugar and cornstarch dissolved. Put the saucepan on medium heat and cook cherries for 10 -12 minutes until tender. Let cool.
- Remove the cheesecake from the pan and put on serving plate; spread the cherry sauce on the cheesecake.
